Junus Kartara

Junus possess a Bachelor Of Science degree in Logistics from University College Dublin.

He is presently the Assistant GM for Sankyu Singapore Private Limited, a leading Japanese Logistics provider. He has been in the Logistics Industry for more than 20 years. He manages three Logistics Centers in Singapore.

Junus is also trained in Japan with Sanno Institute and had attended many workshops and conferences on Logistics development. Apart from his busy schedule, Junus serves in the TAPA-APAC board, and he is Certified Trainer for TAPA. He is a TAPA Certified Specialist and TAPA FSR and TSR and GSR Certified auditor.

He had previously worked for Yusen Air And Sea Services as a materials manager for five years

He has hands-on knowledge in supply chain management strategies, which would enable a company to become efficient in the production and distribution methodologies. He has successfully implemented many productivity projects for the company to raise efficiency and increase yield for their operations. He is actively involved in providing solutions to companies which need new set ups. Junus also travels within the Sankyu group to provide training for newly set up centers.

Roger Lee

Roger Lee is the Director of the Singapore Institute of Materials Management and was an entrepreneur involved in the technology transfer consultancy projects in Singapore and ASEAN. Mr Roger Lee was the adjunct senior teaching fellow at Curtin University of Technology, Perth, for the Logistics and Supply Chain Program. Roger possesses an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (UK), and a Bachelor of Sc. degree from University of San Francisco, and certified in Singapore adult training credential, ACTA with the Institute of Adult Learning.

In volunteering his time in TAPA, Roger serves as the Hon Secretary of TAPA, He has been instrumental in the collaboration of TAPA Asia and developed the SIMM academic partner relationship with TAPA. Roger had assisted in the development of the TAPA certification for the TCE, TCS and TCC program. Most recently, he had co-developed the e-learning platform with TAPA for the TAPA GSR testing with reference to the certification examination.

Roger had co-authored four books, “The Making of a Technopreneur”, “The Making of a Shell LiveWire Entrepreneur”, “World Class Logistics and Supply Chain Management” and "Knowledge Management, Principles and Case Studies"
