- What the principles of risk management are and how they apply to supply chain risk management
- How to conduct supply chain mapping in order to establish context and scope for supply chain risk management
- The steps required for effective risk identification
- How to conduct effective risk analysis and evaluation
- Choosing the appropriate risk treatment and devising effective risk mitigation strategies
- Establishing effective monitoring and review processes
- How to design and implement a risk communication strategy
2. Learn to apply the elements in practice through an interactive group session
3. Demonstrate proficiency in central concepts of TAPA Supply Chain Risk Management Standard through group assignments and workshop

- Training registration is OPEN to everyone and not restricted to only TAPA Members.
- This is a paid training and for every registration $500USD per seat will be charged.
- Training date could be changed due to any unforeseen circumstances.
