Why Should You Attend This Training?
Facility Security Requirements (FSR) and Trucking Security Requirements (TSR) have been established by TAPA's security professionals within the theft sensitive industry to address the nature by which theft sensitive products are handled in facilities like warehouses and transportation over road.
The FSR and TSR specifies the minimum acceptable security standards and the methods to be used in maintaining those standards. It outlines the processes and specifications for Service Providers to attain TAPA certification for their facilities and truck operations. It is the intention of TAPA members to select Service Providers which meet or exceed TAPA certification requirements.
Successful implementation of the FSR and TSR is dependent upon Service Providers, TAPA Certified Auditors and Buyer of Services working in concert to accurately interpret, adopt and audit against these requirements.

Herdial Singh is the Regional Director for Quality & Business Excellence for Agility Logistics, and handling the role since 2009.
He has also been a Board Member of the “Transported Asset Protection Association” (TAPA) since 2012.
He is an active member of the TAPA Asia's Change Control Council (CCB) and participated in the World‐Wide Change Control Board (WWCCB) for the 2014/2017/ 2010. The World‐Wide Change Control Board (WWCCB) was instrumental in the development and launch of TAPA’s latest flagship standards, the Facility Security Requirements (FSR) and the Trucking Security Requirements (TSR). Herdial is also a TAPA Certified Expert.
Herdial has also conducted numerous TAPA FSR and TSR training within the region since 2011 and was nominated to be TAPA Asia’s Lead of Training Working Committee for 2014/2015. TAPA Asia is regularly reviewing its standards and its training approaches especially for the FSR, TSR and GSR to ensure effective deployment and uptake, where Herdial has played a key role since 2012.
