Elliot is a Managing Partner of LoF Consultants Pte. Ltd. In his learning journey and, at the age of 32, he has held global, regional and country positions ranging from engineering to global sales learning to talent development to management development consulting. In 2014, he was the speaker in both the Training and Development Congress in Singapore and in the 13th China National University Logistics Teaching Research Conference. He also lectured on Strategic Management in a diploma program and Train-the-Trainer program for pre-school master’s trainers. Elliot is an expert in Supply Chain Transformation and Business Continuity Management having implemented many projects in this area.
Elliot has more than 20 years’ experience as a business consultant, facilitator, profiler and mentor, and trainer, working across all levels of staff and consultants with various business functions. Previously, he has worked in China for four years, gaining insights on China businesses and people. During the 4 years in China, he has to lead and manage joint venture partners, post-merger agenda between local partners, acquired companies into one company, offices consolidation and relocation across China, and all people & culture matters. His most recent was working in Saudi Arabia focusing on organization transformation initiatives.
At the global level, Elliot led DHL Global Sales & Training Agenda such as: co-design, develop and deliver global sales processes training across various sales channels, co-design, develop and deliver customer relationships management tool, lead facilitator on global cross functional business unit one customer database project. He was the co-chair for Global Sales Learning and Development Council.
Besides management development initiatives, Elliot led teams in ISO certification in both aviation (RSAF) and supply chain (YCH) industries. Elliot does consultancy to companies on process and compliances to national competency standards. One unique experience was in designing the airport employee competency framework in Saudi Arabia.
Elliot has worked across many organizations and industries both locally and internationally, creating value to the organization’s business systems, structures, processes and people.
