  • Kindly bring your along your laptop (recommended) or tablet for the exam at the end of the training.
  • Training registration open to both members and non-members.
  • Every registration will be at $500USD per seat.
  • Member will not be able to utilize membership entitlement to register for Risk Assessment Standard Training.
  • Training date is subject to change.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Training Seat is only confirmed on the payment of the invoice.
  2. No cancellation is allowed after payment. There will be no refund in whole or partially for cancellations or absence.
  3. Any change of participant details must be made at least 7 working days prior to the start of the course.
  4. All certificates issued will reflect the name of the candidate as per the name entered during registration. If names are entered in other languages, it will be automatically translated into English. Any requests for certificate replacement or changes to the issued certificate due to spelling errors, an administrative fee of USD 50 will be imposed.
  5. All information must be filled in English. TAPA APAC will not be responsible for any wrong translation or misinterpretation of information provided in languages other than English.
  6. TAPA APAC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
